Buffalo’s OAPDE Receives Best of Show Honors

Valhalla, NY, June 1997 – Buffalo International, Inc.’s Open Architecture Predictive Dialing Engine (OAPDE) has earned Computer Telephony’s Best of Show award after a strong showing at CT EXPO ‘97. The article in which The Buffalo Engine was honored appears in the June edition of Computer Telephony Magazine.

"Being called the `best open Un-Predictive Dialer at CT EXPO’ by Rick (Luhmann) was a great compliment to our organization," said Gary Katz, Director of Marketing for Buffalo. Luhmann (editor of Computer Telephony Magazine) went on to say that Buffalo was in fact the only company with such a product, taking notice of the distinct advantage the Buffalo has been offering its customers for several years now.

OAPDE (Open Architecture Predictive Dialing Engine) allows you to add high quality predictive dialing functionality to existing applications regardless of their operating environment. There is also a wide range of turnkey solutions available through an international VAR network. This extremely flexible design is unique to the Buffalo line of Open Architecture products. Adding OAPDE to an existing network can run about $1000/seat. OTS (Object Telephony Server), the latest version of Buffalo’s platform, incorporates inbound ACD and IVR functions as well as an enhanced OAPDE module.
