Buffalo International To Introduce NT Engine at CT Expo

Valhalla NY, February 27, 1998 - Buffalo International, Inc., creator's of the World's First and Only Open Architecture Predictive Dialing Engine, announce the availability of Object Telephony Server NT. This latest version of their telephony platform will increase performance as well as capacity. Support for Euro ISDN has also been released. OTS NT™ will lower costs by consolidating various call center functions within one PC server.

OTS NT™ is a PC based switch containing SCSA™ series Dialogic® cards and linking with any third party client application to quickly and easily form seamless networked call center solutions. The NT platform will be able to support thousands of ports across multiple hot swappable hardware modules.

"We’re perpetually evolving to meet the needs of our market place," said David Friedman, VP of Marketing & Sales for Buffalo International. "The NT (version) is more powerful, and scalable then ever before. It also has the revolutionary capability to support multiple client applications on one server, and transfer calls between them, even if they were written by different developers." Friedman continued.

With the release just in time for CT EXPO ‘98, Buffalo International would like to invite all show attendees to stop by booth #1101, and check out a live demo of an independently developed Windows 95/NT based call center application. This demonstration will show the Inbound/Outbound Blending, IVR and Voice Messaging features provided by Buffalo's Object Telephony Server NT. Integral digital recording, supervisor monitoring & coaching along with fax processing, will permit functions normally performed by five or more stand-alone systems to co-exist on a fully digital PC based platform.

In addition to this landmark product release Dialogic Corporation (Parsippany, NJ) was named Buffalo International as a member of their Platinum Partner program.
